Christ Church is just a short walk from the Station Motomachi-chukagai on the Minato-mirai line. Please take the exit number 6 and use the elevator to the right of the ticket gates. Take the elevator to the top floor (R) where you will exit into the America-Yama Garden. Simply walk through the garden and follow the small road to the top. With the cemetery on your right, walk along the street. You will see the Church in the distance.
